How do I add or edit a service in the price list?

In the Price list in the browser panel, add a service or open an existing one, update its name, duration and available price, then save.

Step by step

    Open the Price list

    Go to Price list and use search or Show inactive to find a service.

  2. 2

    Add or open a service

    For a new service select Add service. For an existing one open its details and select Edit.

  3. 3

    Complete the form

    Enter the name, optional short name, price and duration. Keep Service active on when it should appear in new appointments.

  4. 4

    Save the change

    Select Create or Update and check the service in the appointment form.

Good to know

  • Duration affects later schedule times; price affects the value of future appointments.
  • Deactivating a service keeps history intact and it can be reactivated through editing.

When something does not work

  • The service name must be unique in the salon and duration must pass the form limits.
  • In the basic COLOR version, price may not be visible; additional price options are available in higher plans.
