Edit your own appointment within 24 hours
A stylist can edit or remove their own appointment for 24 hours after it starts.
Before
The available self-service changes after starting an appointment were less clear.
Now
Your appointment details now lead through Details → Edit. For 24 hours you can correct the data or remove the appointment when your access allows it.
What to do
Open your appointment details and select Edit. A person with the right permission can bypass the time limit.
