How is revenue different from appointment value?
Open “Dashboard” and read the daily amount description. Then open “Statistics” or, when Visit finalization is available, “Daily report” to compare appointment prices with payments.

Open Dashboard
In the Browser panel, choose Dashboard.

Read the daily amount description
When Visit finalization is available, Revenue today adds payments by the finalization date in the salon’s time zone. Without it, Appointment value for the day adds services and sold products from completed appointments by the day they took place.

Open Analytics
Appointment-value statistics use saved prices. Check the result and its breakdown there.

Compare payments in the report
When Visit finalization is on, open menu → Daily report. You will see appointment values, recorded payments and Difference.

Sort the list
Select a column heading to change the order and sort direction.
Good to know
- The Dashboard amount can differ from analytics when the payment does not match the appointment estimate.
- Changing the Finalization date affects the revenue day only after you save the finalization change.
When something does not work
- Revenue from recorded payments is available when Visit finalization is enabled for the salon.
- Appointment value for the day includes services and sold products; it is not the sum of recorded payments.
- The Daily report uses the salon’s finalization date, not the day the report was opened in the browser.
