How do I create an order by producer?
In Inventory → Orders, choose the producer-order action, review the prepared orders and verify package quantities before saving or downloading them.
This feature is available from the SALON plan.

Step by step

Open orders
In the browser panel, go to Inventory → Orders.

Create the orders
Select Create orders by producer.

Open the prepared orders
Check how many orders were prepared and open each one separately.

Verify the quantities
Check the producer, products and package quantities, then save or download the right order.
Good to know
- The system creates one order per brand; the recommendation fills to maximum, or to minimum when no maximum is set.
- DOSIQ prepares the orders but does not send them to a supplier.
When something does not work
- Products without a producer can go to No producer; complete the product data before using a normal order form.
- Each order can contain products from only one producer.
- Missing minimum, maximum or product data can change the recommendation or exclude an item.
