How do I do a quick stocktake with the scanner?

Open Inventory Scanner from Menu, scan or enter a code, set the product’s target stock and confirm before moving to the next one.

This feature is available from the SALON plan.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Inventory Scanner

    In the mobile app, go to Menu → Inventory Scanner.

  2. 2

    Find the product

    Scan its EAN or choose Enter code manually and provide the product code.

  3. 3

    Enter the target stock

    When the product is found, enter how many packages you actually have after checking the stock.

  4. 4

    Confirm and continue

    Confirm the change. The scanner returns to ready state for the next product.

Good to know

  • The product needs a local EAN, and the camera needs the required permission.
  • The quick correction speeds up stocktake and updates low-stock alerts.

When something does not work

  • The scanner does not add an unknown product; it shows Product not found.
  • When saving fails, the modal stays open so you can try again.
  • Saving the change still requires permission to update stock levels.
