How do I add a product manually or import it by EAN?
In mobile Inventory, scan or enter a barcode (EAN) and confirm adding the DOSIQ catalog product, or enter the details manually; edit the data and price later in the browser panel.

Step by step

Open product creation
In the mobile app go to Inventory → +. In the browser panel open Inventory → Stock → Add product.

Choose the type
Choose Material for formula ingredients or Cosmetic for a product sold on an appointment.

Use the code or enter details
Scan or enter the barcode (EAN). If a matching DOSIQ catalog product is found, check its data and confirm adding it; otherwise enter the details manually.

Save the product
Complete brand, category, size, unit and optional price, then save. In a stock plan, also set minimum and maximum levels.
Good to know
- Adding a DOSIQ catalog product is available in the mobile app; check its data later in the browser panel.
- A missing price does not block adding the product, but limits future cost accuracy.
When something does not work
- The EAN must contain 8–13 digits and cannot belong to another active product.
- COLOR has the catalog but does not create stock; stock applies to SALON and BRAND.
