How do I edit a product’s price and details?

Open the product in Inventory, select Edit product, update its details, price or stock settings and save the change.

Step by step

    Open the product

    In Inventory → Stock, search for the product and open its details.

  2. 2

    Start editing

    Select Edit product.

  3. 3

    Update the data

    Change the name or code, brand, line, category, type, size, unit or package price.

  4. 4

    Save

    In SALON or BRAND, also update the minimum and maximum stock, then select Save.

Good to know

  • The price is for the package; ingredient cost uses amount, size and price.
  • New data affects future formulas; saved historical values remain unchanged.

When something does not work

  • A missing price or size means an incomplete cost, not a zero price.
  • Changing type or size can change how stock settings are calculated.
