How do I enable service work for an owner or manager?

In the Browser panel, open “Team”, select the owner or manager account and turn on “Performs services”. The switch saves the change immediately for the current salon.

Step by step

    Choose the salon and person

    In the Browser panel, go to “Team” and open the details of the owner or manager account belonging to this salon.

    Enable service work

    Turn on “Performs services” and wait for confirmation. This switch has no separate save button.

Good to know

  • Use one account for management and service work. There is no need to create a second stylist account.
  • Enable service work separately in each salon.

When something does not work

  • Saving this change requires permission to manage the organisation. Enabling it does not change the role, pay or kiosk visibility.
  • Turning it off preserves history. Turning it back on does not include the gap in service work.
  • Enabling it alone does not create services or a schedule for online booking.
