How do I pair a scale with the app?
Open the scale settings from Profile, start scanning and assign the scale you found. The scale must be switched on, nearby and available over Bluetooth.

Step by step

Open scale settings
Go to Profile → Scale, or open the scale screen while preparing a mix and choose Assign scale.

Start the scan
If the device type list appears, choose the compatible scale and start setup. Wait for the app to prepare the scan.

Check the device
Select the scale that was found and check that it shows the current weight in grams. If it is not the right device, choose Search again.

Save the assignment
Select Assign. The selected scale is saved as the default for future mixes on this device.
Good to know
- Your operating system may ask for Bluetooth permission and, on some devices, location permission.
- Once paired, the scale can also be used for waste and empty-bowl (tare) measurements.
- If the default scale is unavailable, you can temporarily assign another one while weighing.
When something does not work
- If no device is found, switch the scale on, move it closer to the phone and make sure another device is not using it.
- For a one-off alternative scale, use the temporary mode instead of replacing the default assignment.
