How do I add a mix to an appointment?

Open the appointment details, start the appointment if needed, select New mix, then prepare, weigh and save the mix.

Step by step

    Open the appointment

    Find the appointment in the day plan or on Start and open its details.

  2. 2

    Start the work

    If the appointment is still scheduled, select Start appointment.

  3. 3

    Add a mix

    Choose New mix. Prepare the products, resolve any missing items and continue to weighing.

  4. 4

    Save the mix

    Weigh the ingredients and finish saving. The mix is linked to this appointment and client profile.

Good to know

  • A mix linked to an appointment appears in the client’s history and can contribute to service cost and stock usage.
  • You can use manual weighing when a Bluetooth scale is not available.

When something does not work

  • A completed appointment does not accept a standard new mix.
  • An appointment without a client cannot provide the full history or repeat-appointment context.
