Where can I find a client’s history and formulas?

Open Clients, search by first name, last name or phone number and select the person’s profile. The appointment history leads to saved mixes and formulas.

Step by step

    Open the client list

    In the mobile app, choose Menu → Clients. In the browser panel, open Clients.

    Search for the person

    Enter a first name, last name or phone number and select the right person from the results.

  3. 3

    Open the profile

    Check contact details, notes and the appointment history.

  4. 4

    Open a formula

    Choose an appointment and then a mix to see its ingredients, weight, note and feedback after the colour service.

Good to know

  • From the person’s profile you can continue to a new appointment or repeat a formula when your access allows it.
  • If there is more than one salon, check that the right salon is active before you search or edit.

When something does not work

  • A person outside the current salon or without the right access may not appear in the list.
  • No appointments means an empty history, not a search error.
