How do I repeat a previous appointment?

In the new appointment details, choose repeat the whole appointment, select a completed appointment for the client, then work through the created mixes in order.

Step by step

    Open the new appointment

    Choose the client’s scheduled appointment where you want to reuse earlier formulas.

    Start repeating

    In the appointment details, choose the option to repeat the whole appointment.

  3. 3

    Choose the source

    Select another completed appointment for the client that contains completed mixes.

  4. 4

    Finish the mixes and start weighing

    If the new appointment was scheduled, the app starts it. Finish each created mix; after one is saved, the next one opens in a weighing-ready order.

Good to know

  • Repeating creates separate mixes in the new appointment; the previous history is not changed.
  • If the earlier formula has feedback, the repeat option may suggest an adjusted amount.

When something does not work

  • The target appointment must have a client and must not already contain mixes.
  • The previous appointment must be another completed appointment with completed mixes; incomplete mixes may be removed when the appointment ends.
