How do I add feedback after a colour service?
Open a completed mix, appointment details or an item in the pending-feedback list and choose Perfect, Too little or Too much. When there is excess, you can also weigh the waste.

Open feedback
Open the mix details, appointment details or an item in the pending-feedback list. The list also shows the key mix details.

Add feedback about the amount
Choose Perfect, Too little or Too much based on how well the prepared amount matched the service.

Add a waste measurement
After choosing Too much, if waste weighing is enabled for the salon, put the remainder on the scale or enter its positive weight manually.

Save feedback
Check the value and save the feedback. It appears on the saved mix and can help choose a better amount for the next formula.

- Feedback helps the app choose a better amount when a formula is repeated.
- The pending-feedback list takes you straight to feedback without searching for the mix in history.
- Perfect does not add a waste measurement; Too little and Too much may include a correction suggested by the app.
When something does not work
- Adding feedback prevents later top-up work on that completed mix.
- If the scale is unavailable, enter waste manually, keeping in mind that accuracy depends on the entry.
