Plan and invoicesCOLORBrowser panel
What does read-only mode mean?
Read-only mode lets you view data but blocks saves when the salon account has a payment-related restriction.
For owner, manager, reception, stylist, assistant, salon team · Updated
Step by step
- 1
Recognise the restriction
If a form or action cannot save, check the message that says the account is read-only.
- 2
Check what you can still do
You can still view clients, appointments and other data you can access, while saving may be blocked.
- 3
Ask the salon manager to check Payments
The person responsible for the salon should check Payments and complete any required action, such as making a payment.
- 4
Refresh after the change
After the billing change is confirmed, refresh the panel and try saving again.
Good to know
- Read-only mode does not delete data or remove view access.
- Do not expose payment details to staff; the owner should review the salon’s account status.
When something does not work
- Not every save failure is caused by billing; missing permissions, a feature that is still being enabled or a form error can also block a save.
- After a plan or payment change, the restriction may disappear only after provider confirmation.
