How do I install the Dosiq mobile app on iOS or Android?
Download Dosiq from the App Store or Google Play, open it and sign in with email. For a shared tablet, connect the device to the salon with a configuration code.

Step by step

Download the app
On an iPhone or iPad, open the App Store. On an Android device, open Google Play. Search for Dosiq and install it.

Open Dosiq
The welcome screen appears on the first launch. On a personal phone or tablet, choose Or log in with email.

Sign in
Enter your Email and Password, then choose Log In. For a shared device, choose Connect Device and use the Salon Code.

Allow access when needed
Allow camera access when scanning a barcode and Bluetooth access when connecting a scale. These requests appear when you use the relevant feature, not all at first launch.

Check Start
Start opens after a successful sign-in. If the app shows the current Terms or Privacy Policy, read them and accept the required consents.

Check documents and consents
The app checks whether your accepted Terms and Privacy Policy versions are current. If needed, it asks you to accept them. In Profile, you can see the accepted versions and manage the optional marketing consent.
Good to know
- Use email sign-in on a personal device. A configuration code connects a shared phone or tablet to the salon.
- Email sign-in needs an internet connection; you cannot enter the app without a network connection.
- You can change camera or Bluetooth access later in the phone’s system settings.
- Marketing consent is optional and can be managed in Profile.
When something does not work
- If access was denied earlier, enable it in the system settings and return to Dosiq.
- A shared tablet has a separate first-start path: choose Connect Device first, then choose a team member.
- Wrong sign-in details or no internet connection prevents entry to the app.
