How do I correct a saved formula?

Open the saved mix, select Edit in the formula section, correct a weight or add or remove an ingredient, then save the change.

Step by step

    Open the saved mix

    From Start, history or appointment details, open the mix you want to correct.

  2. 2

    Edit the formula

    In the Formula section, select Edit.

  3. 3

    Correct the ingredients

    Change a positive ingredient weight, use Add product for missing material or remove an extra item with its trash action.

  4. 4

    Save and check the total

    Save the formula and check the new total weight and recalculated mix details.

Good to know

  • An added product should be a material that exists in the salon’s catalog.
  • A correction can change cost, stock usage, feedback and the next repeated formula.

When something does not work

  • The last remaining ingredient cannot be removed.
  • Editing depends on role, author, time since saving and the mix status; an archived mix is not normally editable.
