How do I top up a mix?
Open the completed mix in an in-progress appointment, choose the top-up action, set the extra amount, weigh the ingredients and save. The extra amount is added to the same mix.

Step by step

Open the completed mix
Open the details of the in-progress appointment and choose the completed mix that needs more product.

Choose the top-up action
Select Start Refill to add another portion to the original mix.

Set the extra amount
Choose a preset: +10%, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 3/4 or 1:1, depending on how much more mix you need.

Weigh and save
Weigh the extra ingredients, check the summary and save the mix. The details show the Refilled label.
Good to know
- Topping up updates the original mix instead of creating a separate formula history.
- The extra amount increases the actual usage and cost of the same mix.
- If you add a note, the app may mark it with the [Top-up]: prefix so the added portion is easy to recognise.
When something does not work
- Start Refill is available for a completed mix with a formula while the appointment is still in progress and no feedback has been added.
- Adding colour-service feedback or finishing the appointment blocks a later top-up for that mix.
- Missing ingredients or insufficient product availability can prevent saving the extra portion.
